Go to Control Panel.  It's in the top left of the screen right over "Welcome, <your name>".  It's at the bottom of the Control Panel screen when you get there.

There's a size limit too.  I think it's 100kb.  You might be over that.

And you put it under Profile Image?  Hit the Go button underneath it when you browse and upload it.  It should show it right there on the Control Panel.

If that doesn't work, I'd contact Ron.

Parker, do you need your pic resized? add it it one of your posts (click on the checkbox "attach a file after posting" at the bottom of the new message screen, browse and select the file) and I'll resize it for you if you can't.
