 Philadelphia, south of New York and north of DC |  Subject: Olympics and 26 words for snowIs anyone else bothered by inline skaters crossing over into speed skating? It's bothering my delicate upstate NY snow savey sensibilities. A lot of the winter olympic sports were developed as a way to keep from going insane in the endless winters of norther locals. So inline skaters from Houston and Miami seem like carpetbaggers to me. They haven't paid their dues. That's why I think you should be required to name 26 kinds of snow and ice to be eligible for the winter olympics. (the only problem is that Bode Miller would still make the US team Here's 2: 1.
