Subject: where do you get MP3s?

I'm a non Ipod user, but am needing some new tunes for my MP3 player (my uploaded CDs go only so far, and only so many are good for working out). Where's your favorite place to download MP3s and why?  Any funky rules that you know of (like you can only burn it x number of times, etc)?
