I didn't know where else to post the question.

What do the different color squares on our training logs represent? I'm used to orange and yellow. But yesterday I got a brown/red square.

that's not correct anymore.  Now strength data is logged like the trisports, so you it gets a normal pink square and red squares are reserved for injured/sick days.
