Subject: RE: Eager in Riverside...dont try to do all the events at once at race distance before race day..that could hurt u more than helping at this point...if u can do all the distances without discomfort separately, then u should be ok...to simulate the swim/bike and bike/run, do a few of those together too as workouts (but not all 3) - but not at race distance - keep them shorter as around 60-80%. if u can get up near the times/distance u need comfortably, then with a few shorter bricks, u should be ready for race day. let us know your current swim/bike/run times and how difficult/easy it is and maybe we could offer better assistance. |
