I have imported the 3xbalanced sprint plan into my training log but it doesn't seem to match the "plan overview" and I don't have any rest days planned. How did I screw it up? Should I overwrite it or is this a snafu of the program?
Hi, I took a look at your planned training and it shows Wednesdays as your off day. Can you give an example of how it doesn't match the "plan overview"? Sorry if I'm not understanding the problem.
Okay, duh, I was assuming the imported plan would start on day 1 of the month rather than the first day I imported the plan. That is why the caledar views didn't match up. I think . . .
Correct. The plan import defaults to starting on the current day. So if you want to correct it to line up better with the overall summary that starts monday and ends sunday, just delete everything in the 'planned training' and re-import selecting a 'monday' starting day.
