Subject: Everyone near Madison, wedding help!
Alright, so my fiance and I have decided on a civil ceremony with 15 guests (yay!!), now I get to pick anywhere in Dane county basically to have the ceremony. Its May 27th. Would like it outdoors. I just moved to the area. Was thinking about the Arboretum, somewhere on the University, a beach?, or the Judge for the ceremony suggested Gates of Heaven?? If you have any input, let me know!! I need to figure this out soon in case I need to reserve something!

Gates of Heaven is pretty.  The Arboretum is also pretty, but it books up very quickly and they have a lot of restrictions on time of day, etc.  You could also consider Monona Terrace.  If you are really into the University, the Union Terrace.  I got married at the Pres House, which is a pretty chapel on 7th and State.  It is technically a Presbyterian ministry house, but we had a non-denominational ceremony and they had no problems with it whatsoever.  They have a chapel and a beautiful room with windows and a fireplace on the mall on state street.
