These things are so funny. I like hoe under "hotel," Kerry requires "light." Good to know he's not a vampire. Also, the (their caps, not mine) "NO TUNA, HALIBUT OR SWORDFISH." They apparently forgot to add "DAMMIT" after the list of bad fish.

I wonder what would happen if us "normal" people faxed a similar list or requests to a hotel prior to arrival. Anyone want to give it a try?

- Positively no teenagers on a field trip running the halls until past midnight.
- No couples fighting at 4 a.m. outside my door.
- The water bottles in the room must be clearly marked with 20 point type on label "$5.00 each".
- The hotel must keep at least 1 room available for me that is more than 50 feet from the airport runway.
- A bottle opener shall be placed on the night table.

  • Room service, where's the rack for my bicycle?
  • Room service, please open the hotel gym at 5am.
  • Waiter, where's the carb and fat content for the items on your menu?

Politicians and entertainers have nothin' on triathletes.

I have found that stepping out into the hallway buck nekkid and yelling at them to shut the f*ck up is quite effective.  Just hold on tight to your room key.
