Subject: Silly Question
OK, I have 2 weeks (April 15) until my first Tri. I have followed a 12 week training plan pretty much exactly.

My next event is May 20. Is there a 4 week training plan? How should I proceed?

Any suggestions from veterens would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on the plan, but  would probably rest a few days then back up 4 weeks in your current plan and "finish" again.

find a training plan that you think is appropriate, and then import the last 4 weeks of it into your log.
