Subject: Training Plans- Details on balanced 2X per weekHello,
I have registered as a silver member but can't seem to get a training plan that works for me.
I have a Oly planned for May so was hoping to get a 20 week plan with HR details.
All the 20 week plans are too advanced for me. I have a good running base and a fairly good biking base but can't do these plans with 3 - 4 workouts in each sport per week.
When I try to do the custom plans it put in there 1.2, 2.1 mile runs that are too short and don't offer details.
I am familiar with the editing of the plans once I get a plan loaded.
Do you have any suggestions?
