Hello,
I have registered as a silver member but can't seem to get a training plan that works for me.
I have a Oly planned for May so was hoping to get a 20 week plan with HR details.
All the 20 week plans are too advanced for me. I have a good running base and a fairly good biking base but can't do these plans with 3 - 4 workouts in each sport per week.
When I try to do the custom plans it put in there 1.2, 2.1 mile runs that are too short and don't offer details.
I am familiar with the editing of the plans once I get a plan loaded.

Do you have any suggestions?

Here are 3 option for the Silver level:

1 - Do the last 8 weeks of the 4-7 hr winter maintenance plan THEN the 12 week OLY plan

2 - Do the first 8 weeks of the 7-10 hr winter maintenance plan then the 12 week OLY plan

3 - Do a 8 week FOCUS plan followed by the 12 week OLY plan. *though in this case, make sure the volumes of the 'focus' sport are not to far above what you are doing now.

OR

4 - I can do a gold upgrade OTH so that you can get the gold details for the custom plan...though there will not be a lot of adjustment for the run mileage of the plan unless you up the 'race distance' run mileage.

Hello Ron,

 

    Just wanted to say THANK YOU for posting this, this was extremely helpful for me on figuring out how to arrange the plans together.   I have experience in Triathlons, but I don't need Couch to Sprint plan, and the Winter Maintenance FOCUS plan is slightly too much for swimming. I figure I can switch out one of the swims for another run (to maintain my original goal to have a run focused plan for the first 8 weeks, then work my way into Sprint/Oly plan).

Definitely helpful! Thanks!  Keep up the great work with the website!
