Subject: garmin plugin not unlocked

Hi,

I had to get help from garmin service which resulted in my ant device file being deleted and reinstalled on my computer remotely last week, in addition to my updating the software on my 310xt. 

Now when I try and download data to BT it states the garmin plugin is not unlocked.  I am able to use my ant stick, download from the watch to garmin connect and training peaks.  I reinstalled the garmin plug in this am and still am getting this error code. 

Any help you can give would be appreciated!

First, make sure that you're accessing us via "www.beginnertriathlete.com"

If this still happens after you do the above, does this happen when using the "Import from Garmin" link and/or the the new "Upload" page?

Thank you ever so much for your help!  I had the site bookmarked and it was coming up https which must have been stopping it.  All set and re booked with the proper address!
