Outlook 2010 - Ical - Cannot add

I cannot get Outlook to sync with my BT. 

My process:

1. Settings
2. Training Log tab
3. Calendar Sync
4. Copy the Link
5. Open Outlook 2010
6. Click Calendars
7. Home tab - Open Calendar - From Internet
8. Paste the link into the box, click ok
9. Click 'Yes' to Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook

The message I get:

Cannot verify or add the calendar to Outlook.  Make sure the following link is a valid:
http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/ics/B25E3002-612F-4BD6-B333-2990.ics

I try removing the http://www. and pasting beginnertriathlete.com/ics/B25E3002-612F-4BD6-B333-2990.ics into the field

the message I get is:

B25E3002-612F-4BD6-B333-2990.ics is not a valid Internet Calendar file

Any help is greatly appreciated.
