Can you help me narrow down my tri bike choices?

well, for someone tht doesn't want to reaserch a good determinant would be which brand your local pro shop is affiliated with, mine is Cdale. i would personally investigate the specialized, cannondale, and trek orbea would be next, there all gonna be great bikes keep an eye out for deals on all of them

My personal opinion is that any of the listed bikes will be more than sufficient for your needs, and better than ridding a roadie (i.e. aero benefits).  So I would get the one that I found at the best deal, from the best/closest/friendliest shop.  You will likely find that the C-dale, Trek, and Specialized are the most easily found, as they are the most prominent brands on your list.  So you may be able to pick from multiple LBS for these brands.

Word of caution on the Kuota, IIRC they are not in the US market anymore so if you find a left over model somewhere you might find a great deal, but have some difficulty if there is a warranty issue with the frame or whatever.

x2.  I'm going into my 3rd season on my Kuota K Factor.  Although I've been satisfied with my bike and I've done a full IM on it, I wish I had done more research before I bought it.

The Trek Speed Concept is one of the hot bikes now and the resale market should be good for it later on.

Here is what I would choose in order:

Trek SC

Specialized Transition

Cannondale Slice

Orbea Ordu

My order is based on re-sale and looks.  I assume that all components would be similar (or very close) and they all fit exactly the same on you.

If there is one that would fit better than another...then that would be choice #1

I am like Kinger18 I had a bike fitting and they gave me a list of bikes that would most likely fit me the best.  I have narrowed the choices down to two as two of my LBS carry them.

Felt B12 or the Cervelo P2.  I can get them both at the same price.  I have test rode the Felt B16 bike and that felt good, haven't had a chance to ride the Cervelo yet.  If you were in my shoes, which one would you buy?

Thanks for all the responses, I really appreciate the help!  I have been trolling classifieds and anything i find would have to be purchased sight unseen and shipped to me.  This scares me a little which is why i posted.  The responses here will help me pull the trigger if something looks good. 

The speed concept prices new seem very reasonable.  I have to research the differences between 7.0, 7.5, and 9.0 etc.  There is a LBS that carries them a half an hr away.  I might head over there now to learn more about them.

Hijack aside I ride a B12 and love it.  Not that the P2 is a bad bike by any means, but for me I think the B12 is a tick nicer, I like the look better, and lastly its much eaiser to find in T1.... P2, P2, P1, P2, P2, QRoo, P2... oh there's my Felt!

the B12 has the better component spec, and you get wheels that you can race with if you want.  The P2 has a slightly more aero frame it seems; although moving your head up or down 2cm will amount to 10x the difference in the frame aero.  Plus, between the wheels and the cockpit on the B12- it's almost assuredly the faster bike as is.    If you're planning on getting aero race wheels anyway, and don't mind having the same bike as everyone else - then you couldn't go wrong with the P2. 

whatever you decide- there are no wrong choices here.  both are fine steeds that can take you to the podium.
