I have to admit I just started Season 1 on Netflix instant.  My husband asked me what it was about and I told him a British soap opera type show.  His response was "Why would you want to watch that?"  

Because it's SOOO good!!

my wife watches it...it's...interesting from what I have listened to though I would be curious if it has a prevalence of Anachronisms.
