Hi

Doing the wind Trainner in our house is tricky it's noisy so I get sent to the freezing basement normally at night as its to cold 1st thing and a very dull spot - maybe I need to harden up

When I get home from work it's tins with the kids then dinner so no time for wind Trainner unless you do it on a full tummy ! I go to bed early as I am up at 445am heading to the pool or gym

So where do you wind trainne ? And when do you do it !

I got a fluid trainer and then ended up with rollers primarily for the MUCH quieter noise level. I ride in the afternoon or at 3:30 AM.
