Subject: Protein Pancakes
Protein Pancakes

1 1/4 cup wholemeal flour or oat bran
2 tablespoons sweatener
1 1/2 cups skin milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 cup IONISED WPI (MUSASHI, Muscle food) Vanilla

Preheat oil
Combine ingredients
Poor into pan to form circles
Cook either side until golden brown
Cook a banna in the microwave (skin on) for two minutes - Medium high
Spread banna over pankakes and roll or stack

Giddy-up !!!

And there you go, breakfast good enough for a king, or queen, in training of course! This is tops on a cold morning

i'm glad u sent this recipe. i don't cook b/c i work a lot and travel so i eat out 3 out of 3 meals. If I eat at home it's only raw veggie / fruits.

I'm a MESS as far as my diet is concerned. I NEED to change but am having trouble with this part of my training. I will keep looking for more recipes.
