1 1/4 cup wholemeal flour or oat bran
2 tablespoons sweatener
1 1/2 cups skin milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 cup IONISED WPI (MUSASHI, Muscle food ) Vanilla
Preheat oil
Combine ingredients
Poor into pan to form circles
Cook either side until golden brown
Cook a banna in the microwave (skin on ) for two minutes - Medium high
Spread banna over pankakes and roll or stack
Giddy-up !!!
And there you go, breakfast good enough for a king, or queen, in training of course! This is tops on a cold morning
