Comments: see above What would you do differently?: try to do a better job sighting. Transition 1
Comments: That stupid wet shirt messed me up again... Either skip it or wear it under the wetsuit! What would you do differently?: Try to learn to leave my shoes clipped in and slide my feet into them after I'm on the bike... Bike
Comments: I did good on the bike. I swerved off the path once (after looking over my shoulder). I went through some sticker bushed and sand, but managed not to crash. I did have to stop to inspect my tire because I thought I popped it. I lost close to 2 minutes with this. Had some other small issues with getting stuck at a couple of lights and not turning around better at the turnaround ( I was on it before I even knew it). I'll know better next time. What would you do differently?: Try to stay more aero when it was getting windy. Transition 2
Comments: I got the mother of all cramps im my right calf whn taking my right bike shoe off by using the toes of my left foot and pulling/flexing my right lower leg. Thats 2 races in a row that I cramped at the start of the run. DANGIT!!! What would you do differently?: Be more careful removing my bike shoes. Run
Comments: I was hurtin for the 1st half mile. I eventually got it going, but never felt strong on the entire run. What would you do differently?: Figure out how to hit the run feeling a little more fresh...? Better hydration of the bike may help. I am now taking supplements to hopefully prevent the cramp issues while racing. Post race
