Subject: Cadence Yorkie

I have a Mini Yorkie. I'm stuck on the trainer due to lovely weather in Illinois...freaking because Alcatraz is two months away. I had a 70 min ride today. When I fall below my usual spinning cadence, my Yorkie runs from the kitchen to the back porch where I'm riding..because I've started a terrible habit of picking her up when I'm done riding and riding a few minutes more holding her. (yes, in a towel because I'm sweaty. LOL) She's like one of those watches that beeps when you aren't running or riding as fast as you should be. If I fall below even a tiny bit, she thinks I'm slowing down to end the ride to pick her up. I just thought it was funny.

Heh heh. Aren't they amazing? They notice patterns and things that we don't even notice we have. I have a cat who will come running when I get off the trainer because he knows I will stretch and it is a good time to get a cuddle

My dogs both come running when I get off the drainer. On Tuesday's I do a brick and sometimes take one or the other with me, so now they stare at me after every drainer ride, hoping I'll run next.

LOL That's funny. Dogs are freaks like that. One of my shoes is bigger than my dog. LOL
