Pre-race routine:

Ran the 1 mile fun run with family pulling my youngest in the wagon. OK maybe that wasn't the best idea.

The run went fairly smooth it was really hot but I did not stop to walk at any point during the race
What would you do differently?:

92 degrees.  Yikes that was warm outside!  I just love when I go to races and see families there.  What a good example you are setting for your kids!  Nice job on the run!
