Hey everyone,
I recently upgraded to speedplays so I am selling my other set of pedals. These are Shimano PD-A530 dual sided pedals. I have the cleats that go with them as well. Everything is in excellent condition. I used these pedals for 200 miles over the last couple months. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them besides a couple of small scratches from clipping in and out of them. Everything is functional. The pedals have adjustable release tension so you can make it easier or harder to clip in and out of them.

I am asking $50 plus shipping for the pedals and cleats

How do I know if my cleats need to be adjusted? And how do you know in which direction to adjust them? I have been having medial knee pain and edema but my LBS says the cleat placement is fine.

I have pedals with the cage and when I ride 2+ hours my legs feel much more tired then if I took out my husband's bike with clipless pedals. Do clipless pedals truly make the difference?

A bike is NOT a piece of metal with a couple of wheels at either end and a steering thing to stop you running over old ladies. No! ... a bike is a space-age “weapon of mass confusion.”
