So I have a Profile Design AquaRack w/mount for 27.2mm seatpost, and a nearly-new Flatwing I no longer need. Together, I think they retail new for $50-60.

Flatwing allows you to mount bottle cages, CO2 mounts, tubes, etc. behind the saddle. nifty little device.
