You can choose to export it from your planned training, just enter a date. Then you can go back to 'Settings --> Training Log Settings --> My training plans' to import it, then send to your log. It may be easier to just go into your planned training calendar and move/edit as needed to avoid the exporting. Thanks Ron, I can't believe I looked over the Import/Export option at least 5 times! One request if you every modify the CTPC. If someone develops a plan that ends with a race, add the ability to include a post race recovery week (or two depending on race length). I believe the post race recovery should be part of any training plan as lots of times people are often, "now what" after a race. Just a thought. |
