Select 'swim' for the swim and the swim comments to move. If you want to move the days 'overall comments' (in the training plans, overall comments are definitions and drills), then select 'overall comments too. Let me know if you need any help. *note, if you're moving for example a bike workout into a day that already has a bike workout, it will be overwritten, so you will need to be careful in that respect. |
