Hi All,

I've got some DVDs that I never use and just want to move them along. I've played them once or twice ages ago.

All descriptions can be found on the Spinervals site: http://www.spinervals.com/products/department12.cfm

A Walmart bike, a borrowed road bike or a new carbon fiber bike? You don't need to break the bank for your first triathlon bike.
