Personally I'd do a couple of rides first. After a week off the first ride usually feels a little sluggish for me.
I second spinning a few times first. At least just some over cadence/under cadence stuff to wake your legs up. Even after two days off my legs feel sluggish for the first twenty minutes or so of a workout. |
