Hey everyone on team Orange - 1 week down and 4 to go. How is everyone doing?

I came in a little low of the training plan but have areas where I can catch up over the next 4 weeks. Let's hit our plans well and be ready for whats next on our race calenders.

I came in a little low as well due to school, b-day and golfing, but hopefully I will be able to reach goal, I have a super sprint this coming sun. so I will be working towards that. GO ORANGE!

Go ORANGE I am right on track with 60 Miles ran and 4000 yds swam so a little over on the run as I only pledged 100. Lets keep it up as I am talking smack to the blue team already.

i just saw that i'm on team orange. great job everyone! i missed my run miles by 2, i'll probably make them up over the next week or two. i'm over on my swimming target as it's a new thing for me, wasn't sure what to put down.
