HELP w/charging 920xt with quick release kit on

 26  , Florida |  Subject: HELP w/charging 920xt with quick release kit onLove my new Garmin 920 xt, but I just went to charge it for the 1st time with the quick release kit on it and it doesn't seem to go into the charger. Anyone else have this problem? Any solution? I don't want to force it. I just took the quick release kit off to charge it, but don't want to remove that every time I need to charge it. Thanks for any suggestions. |

You should not have to remove the piece that actually attaches to the 920XT unit to charge it. There is a cutout in the side of that piece that allows the charging clamp to reach the electrical contacts.
