ALSO, from the link above, it 'appears' that you are using Garmin Connect? Is that correct? If so, you can link your accounts by going to 'Settings' --> 'Training Log Settings' --> Device Upload'. Once linked, anytime you send a workout to Garmin Connect, it automatically gets transferred to your BT log. That may eliminate the problem with your HR zones. |
