Good morning! Late starting the thread today! 5:30am: :45 mins upper body +core7:00am: 6.5 mile trail run, felt great to push the pace a bit!Heading to southern Utah for a softball tournament--good times!

6:00 - 1800' swim, with drills and speed intervals

7:00 - core work

Enjoy the holiday weekend. I'm continually astounded by the founding fathers' courage in declaring independence and their genius in designing our governmental structure. We really live in a great place with an incredible amount of freedom.

45mins in the pool. trying to get out the bike, but have to prepare for party tonight. That means lots of clean up....ugh!

I hear ya! I threw a going away party Wednesday for a friend. Spent all day preparing, then up till 11pm cleaning up most of it.

5:30am - 5.5 mile run - was drizzling rain this morning and I love running in the rain, so didn't scare me off! Rain here means cooler temps but LOTS of humidity!

9am - 40 min ST, then went to PT.

1pm - 1800 yd in the pool.

Fit it all in today - now ready for the weekend!

Ooo Kim, what part of southern Utah are you going to??

3 mile run for me tonight. The way that the sweat and water from my hydration vest leaking down and collecting onto just the center area of my shorts totally made it look like i pissed myself. Got some funny looks. Have a great weekend!
