Subject: Hello from a newbie in Santa Cruz!!
Hello my name is Jamie. I was recently in the hospital due to a random respiratory failure. They told me I would never run again. WRONG
I've been a long distance runner for awhile. Thought I'd try my hand at triathlons. Any tips greatly appreciated.

Yeah! Way to go proving them wrong! Welcome to our sport! I've been into since 2011 and don't see myself quitting it ever.

I'd say the first thing you should ask yourself is, "Do I know how to swim?"
