Subject: 1.18.17 What Up Wednesday!

Good morning BT!

4:15am:  :40 minute run with 2:00 minute intervals in the middle

5:00am:  :55 minutes on the trainer: main set included isolated leg drills + 5X1:00 100+RPM drills

Donto...I feel your pain--our #1 is set to fly too, but is already signed to a college (softball) so we've done the tour already.  She'd leave tomorrow if she could!  Makes me happy/sad at the same time.

55 minute roller interval ride at 0500 this am

1 hour pool workout scheduled this afternoon.

Crushed a 30 min spin bike(12 miles) and 30 min treadmill run(2.9 miles) both last night and this morning. Felt great, The bike was me pushing it a little harder than normal.

16 miles on the bike this afternoon. little cool and breezy, but got it done.

I get my MRI results in the morning. hoping for the best, but we shall see.
