Subject: First Ironman 70.3 - Blogging the journey
Hello,

First post on here, but been reading for a while.

I am signed up to race IRONMAN 70.3 VICHY. This will be my first 70.3 and first IRONMAN, so I am very excited.
I have decided to start documenting my training and blogging in a diary format so I can look back on it after I finish etc.

Week 1 of the programme has just finished and with PB's which is a great start.
