Subject: 2.9.17 Thursday WorkoutsGood morning BT! 4:45am: :35 minute run with 4-5% incline repeats 5:15am: :40 minutes spin on the bike trainer just to spin legs out Today will be a long day...full day of teaching plus basketball games plus Senior Night to recognize all the seniors playing--this will be the last game my daughter will play in the gym--the rest of the season is on the road.
