Subject: 2.10.17 Fantastic Friday! Good morning BT! Friday has arrived! 5:00am: easy peasy 20 minute run 5:20am: 40 minutes 5X5 strong lift: squats, chin ups, deadlifts, bench, mil press Senior night last night was great...the game not so much. We lost and my daughter took a forearm to the mouth, her tooth cut through her lip. She's tough, came out of the game, got cleaned up, and went right back in. Running to the clinic before school to see if she needs a stitch or two. Have a great day! |
