11:50 - 45' strength session. Taking my son to his first ever baseball practice this afternoon. A bunch of 3 and 4 year olds trying to throw and catch baseballs . . . should be entertaining.
A day late but got in a 2500 yard pool workout once I arrived back in Atlanta and followed it up with a 1 hour ride on my new kickr that showed up while I was gone.
