Anyone race Granite falls this weekend? Run course seemed short. Thoughts?

My gamin had it at 2.9, but some woods. Thought maybe 3 mile.
Good to shake out the cobwebs.

RE: Granite Falls
My Garmin had the run at 2.83 miles. That seemed about right. No way I run a 5k under 22 minutes.
I liked the run course better last year: out & back in the neighborhood. At least you can put the turnaround at the proper point.
If they keep the run on the trail through the park, they need to make us meander through the soccer field to get the proper distance.
