Swim
Comments: Breaststroke the whole time, with small bursts of front crawl. Rested on a surfboard half way through. What would you do differently?: Swim front crawl for most, practice more with the waves. Slow, but felt very confident. Run from the water to T1. Transition 1
Comments: Really disoriented. Almost got docked time for having bike off the rack before my helmet went on. Plain Tri Kit, no suit change. Grabbed peanut butter. walked bike out of transition. Used same shoes as bike as in run. What would you do differently?: Practice transition more until I get transition under 2:00 minutes. 1:00 minute during practice, because I need time to walk from transition, etc. Bike
Comments: Some issues with gear changes. Making odd noises. Climbs were too slow. Biked slow to save for 5k. What would you do differently?: Bike faster. Need to train faster as well. Train with race bike. Transition 2
Comments: Used same shoes as bike as in run. Run
Comments: Must train harder/faster. Post race
