I'm not sure there is much difference between my recovery 25m versus my 'hard' 25m. Ah well. I'm trying! Robert--yes it is painfully slow isn't it? I can tell you after a month of disciplined Z2 running, I am feeling stronger and getting faster. Plus, so much easier on my 47 year old legs--my runs feel great now, albeit slow. Elton and Kelly--so sorry to hear about your knee issues! I sure hope it's not too serious! Have a great day--good luck racers!!! Can't wait to hear reports!
