That's what is scaring me. My training got derailed and I'm training for survival at this point. I'm halfway tempted to defer my entry to next year and be healthy coming into it.
My swim is solid. My run is so-so (long 13.5 this weekend), but bike is sucky long this weekend is 65 miles. If I can train for these last two build cycles without reinguring the pulled calf I should be able to finish the race, but it will be slow.
