If you scroll down, there is more explanation and coaching, but I can see that it doesn't clearly state that the plan is in minutes. If you look at the totals, it's a little more clear because you'll see it says 2 hours 8 minutes.
Please read the notes below the graphs to keep from getting injured, and also consider upgrading to Silver to have access to plans that contain detailed workout notes for each day, such as warmup and cooldown time, specific goals or intervals for each workout, etc.
