Elite  4583   |  Subject: 1.24.18 Happy Hump Day!Good morning BT! 4:30am: :50 minutes on the trainer, high cadence work 5:30am: Upper body strength + core Students have a late start today but teachers don't...in fact myself and and a coworker are in charge of the professional development today...we get to 'teach the teachers'. Going to make it as painless as possible. Have a great day! Friday is only two days away!

I have a new HR monitor this year and I can't tell if it is acting up or I am terribly out of shape. I felt like I was going extremely easy, but my HR was in the 170 range most of the run. Yay for starting over... |
