Subject: Long Course Weekend Hi All,
very new to this, I have entered the LCW for 2019 but am a complete newbie.
Looking for some serious advice on what I should be doing for training for it all can ride the 112 in about 8 hours but its the swim and run that scares me can swim but not brilliantly and I run like a house if you know what I mean.
Plenty of issues with ankles and knees when running but I know the weight loss will help with that
Just really scared lol
