Working on Users who were accidentally stopped from posting by security update

As announced previously, we installed a new method of preventing spammers from wreaking havoc on the forums by investing in a more updated system. Unfortunately some of our loyal users are being blocked from posting and are receiving an error message when trying to post or send a personal message.
