Subject: Shine on Saturday 7-13-19
Went out for a metric century this morning with a big group. First exposure to a big group. Had a lot of fun and was surprised how much easier it is to hold fast speeds when you have 20-30 people around you to block wind.

I got in 47 miles on the bike today followed by 2 miles on foot.

Slow...20 miles at home with my Dad (73). I will take 20 slow with Dad while he can.
