Subject: RE: 07.22.2019 Marvelous Monday Training I’m definitely a good 30 seconds per mile slower in the Georgia summer heat. Heart rate gets up pretty quick if I’m not watching it.
Today was a “get it done” workout. Didn’t feel like doing any training, but managed to get on the trainer for some low cadence work. 1x12’ with 4’ rest followed by 1x6’ with 4’ rest. Finished off the session with 5’ of heat training. No ac or fan for the last bit.
Hoping I’m more motivated for an afternoon run tomorrow. |
