Subject: custom making an IM plan with a HIM along the way
I'm looking at a full IM in a year, with a HIM 14 weeks before the full. I did a custom IM with the max 28 weeks, and the long ride for the week of the HIM is 60 or 67, so we're kind of in the neighborhood of HIM numbers for the week. But I thought maybe a good 20 week lead up to the HIM makes more sense, then a "bridge" to the full - but with the 12 week stock "bridge", I'm not sure how to program that.

I am a gold member so I can do custom plans.

Any advice?

You could do a custom plan for the HIM, then on race day do a new custom plan for the IM. You should then have yourself a good plan that you can jump into without a "bridge" ... you can just start the IM plan at the time you complete the HIM, and it should have you already at the right distances. If not, adjust the number of weeks in the IM plan, but keep the race date the same.
