1521  Cypress, Texas | Subject: RE: 9.14.2019 Slow & Steady Saturday Thank goodness for slow & steady days. I did 60 minutes on the bike trainer with 10 minutes of easy running off the bike. My bike workout was 3 x 10' @ 85% FTP w/ 4' RI. I did some fast pedal drills on the first interval, so low cadence drills on the second interval, and some work on aero positioning on the third interval. Have a great Saturday! |

| 623 | Subject: RE: 9.14.2019 Slow & Steady Saturday 104 miles today on the bike. Finished up with an 18 mph average. It was overcast with low humidity, but the wind was brutal. Had a tailwind for the last 4 miles. Finished up those miles at around 25 mph average. Felt strong the entire ride and still had some left in the tank at the end. Now the challenge is getting a run in tomorrow. |
