I’m sticking with my run focus until late winter/early spring. I’ve been using the BarryP program loosely, trying to run at least 6 days a week. Although, I’m not really doing a “short” run as he would describe it.
35 minutes of running this evening. Felt good most of the run, still a little stiff from the speed work Saturday. |
